Variations between the photograph of a Product and the actual Product may occur due to:

Technical restrictions on color reproduction or photo quality on your computer or mobile device and we cannot guarantee your computer’s monitor or mobile device will accurately display the true color or other specifics related to the Product you are purchasing. We will not be liable for any errors or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of our Products displayed on the Website.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 2 days from the date of delivery. Products eligible for exchange must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags attached. Exchange is only applicable for size issues or defective products.
  • Contact our customer service team via email at info@vogueton.pk within 2 days of receiving the product to initiate the exchange process. Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for exchange. Our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with further instructions on returning the item.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange. Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Customized Products Policy

  • When placing an order for a customized shirt, please provide accurate details regarding your preferences, including size, color, design, and any other customization options available.
  • Customized products require additional processing time. Your customized shirt will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the date of order placement. Please note that this timeline may vary depending on the complexity of customization and our current order volume.
  • Customized products are made specifically according to your preferences and cannot be resold to other customers. Due to the personalized nature of customized products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects.
